RINGFLOW WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for supporting Ringflow! As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact on our ability to offer quality workshops, operate our business effectively, and prevent other potential students from booking in to a given class. To ensure the best experience for all participants, please review our cancellation policy below:
No Refund for Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us more than 72 hours in advance to discuss alternative dates.

SHIPPING POLICY
READY TO SHIP
If your chosen product (and size/metal selection) is in stock and ready to ship, the “Add to Cart” button with change to “Ready to Ship”, with your order often dispatched on the same-day or within 24 hours of being placed.
Any “Ready to Ship” orders placed on weekends may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Our “Ready to Ship” policy does not apply to stated closure dates listed on our “Contact” page, public holidays or if additional products in your order are not marked as ready to ship.
MADE TO ORDER
Some Ringflow pieces are handcrafted to order and most often dispatched between 1 to 3 full business days, however some pieces may require up to 5 to 10 full business days to produce. Wedding and Engagement pieces may require up to 15 full business days to produce.
If required urgently, we may be able to expedite the production time for certain products and offer same-day or 24 hour shipping. Please contact us at hello@ringflowstudios.com to check whether this service may apply to your chosen product/s.
Once we have completed your order, it will be dispatched and you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: Ringflow is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
We kindly ask our customers to provide correct shipping information as Ringflow cannot be held liable for any incorrect deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.
Ringflow takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen from a customer's property/address due to a customer not selecting a "signature required" shipping option during checkout.
Ringflow will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered by Australia Post or any other delivery partner.
Ringflow endeavours to keep excess waste and packaging to an absolute minimum as part of our sustainability practices. Therefore unless otherwise requested by a customer in our "order notes," we may enclose multiple items from a single order within a single gift box, although each piece will be separated from one another in an individual fabric pouch or pocket.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders are eligible for free express shipping with tracking.
Please note, our Free Express Shipping option does not include a 'signature required' option. You acknowledge that if this shipping option is selected, your item may be left at your doorstep or property.
If you would like to include a signature requirement upon delivery of your shipment, please select Express Shipping (signature required) for $5.
Ringflow takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen from a customer's property/address due to a customer not selecting a "signature required" shipping option during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders over AUD$500 will receive complimentary delivery.
For orders under AUD$500 shipping to New Zealand, this service is AUD$30 and for all other international destinations, this service is AUD$35.
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post Express shipping.
Please note, we do not ship to the United Kingdom due to tax regulations.
RETURNS & RESIZING POLICY
At Ringflow, we aspire to create elegant, quality, handcrafted jewellery.
We happily offer a single-use exchange credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders (excluding the Letter Ring Collection, customised signet rings, wedding bands and engagement rings, and any other piece of a customised nature) should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene reasons, this excludes all earring purchases. Please contact hello@ringflowstudios.com for more information.
Please note we do not issue refunds for incorrect purchases, deposits paid on bespoke jewellery or change of mind. This includes incorrect choice of ring size. In many cases, we offer complimentary resizing of rings, however if additional gold is required to facilitate an increase in ring size or rings containing gemstones need resizing, this will often incur a materials fee based on the weight of the additional gold required.
If we have already assisted you with a complimentary resize, any additional resizing will incur a $75 fee.
In the event that you wish to resize your ring/s, please contact us at hello@ringflowstudios.com for our postal address and include a paid, self-addressed return postage satchel for redelivery.
Any purchases made through a Ringflow stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase.

Please note we do not accept returns when:
- Items are not returned in their original condition and packaging i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
- Items are returned outside of our above-mentioned time window.
- An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons.
- An order includes bespoke or customised items.
Should any of the above occur, Ringflow will not accept the return.
Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Ringflow.
CANCELLATIONS

Please note that orders which have already been handcrafted and/or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
CUSTOM
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded, unless deemed faulty. A "fault" does not include an item bending out of shape due to its delicate design/thinness when a customer has impacted it during wear.
All Ringflow custom quotes remain valid for 90 days. After this time, we reserve the right to change the given quote.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Due to the increase in seasonal orders and the closedown of jewellery-industry/precious metal suppliers, orders received on or after the 3rd of December cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day. We may also close our business over the Christmas period until mid-January. Orders placed during this period may not begin production until reopening in January if applicable. Any relevant dates will be posted on our website.
As all of our pieces are handmade to order, any orders placed after relevant cut off dates posted on our website may not be dispatched until we re-open in January.
SALES
Items purchased during sales or clearances are final sale and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. A "fault" does not include an item bending out of shape due to its delicate design/thinness when a customer has impacted it during wear.
RINGFLOW VOLUNTARY WARRANTY
Subject to the exclusions to this warranty below, Ringflow voluntary warranty is offered against manufacturing faults on products purchased directly from our retail store/s.
Our voluntary warranty period is six months from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). For engagement jewellery, our voluntary warranty period is two years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).
We recommend that you insure any high value jewellery through a third party insurer in case of damage, theft or loss.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the health of engagement ring and earring prongs and settings to ensure that gemstones and diamonds do not risk falling out. If you see you gemstone/diamond moving at all, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for replacing gemstones/diamonds that have fallen out of settings.
EXCLUSIONS TO OUR WARRANTY:
- Ringflow warranty will not apply to any products damaged due to being worn in a manner that is against our care instructions, or due to accident, mishandling or miswear.

Please note that due to natural chemical reactions with the air, all jewellery will tarnish, and any such tarnishing is not a result of metal impurity or quality but rather the environment the wearer subjects it to.
Examples of such environmental factors that will accelerate tarnishing include hand/body lotions, creams, sulphur, colognes and perfumes, salt water, salt air, humid climates, miscellaneous chemicals, hand sanitiser. Leaving jewellery untouched for several weeks or longer at a time will often accelerate tarnishing very quickly. - Our warranty does not cover faded rhodium or gold plating, broken chain, cracked stones and/or pearls, or bending.
- Any repairs or modifications to Ringflow jewellery not undertaken by Ringflow employees will void any warranty.
OUR RIGHTS
Kindly be aware that we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse in your communication with us.
If you encounter any concerns or errors with your order, we are committed to making every reasonable effort to assist you.
We value your understanding that we are human and, on occasion, may unintentionally make mistakes. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
