During our 2.5 hour workshop located in the heart of Prahran’s Chapel Street precinct, you'll handcraft two different custom rings guided by expert jewellers—no experience necessary and no hidden fees for our gold classes!

The Ringflow experience includes:

Our Story
Founded in 2024, Australian ring making school and jewellery label, Ringflow, aspires to empower creativity, self-expression, and community through memorable and enjoyable ring making workshops catering to all skill levels.
In pursuing their passion of teaching ring making and creating fine works of art that both they and you can take pride in, the Ringflow team have studied both in Australia and overseas, with their work awarded for technical excellence by master goldsmith and past president of the American Jewelry Design Council, Alan Revere.
'Ring making, made simple' is the cornerstone of Ringflow, with only the highest quality materials used throughout the production process. Each Ringflow piece is designed and handcrafted for you in our Melbourne studio with complete devotion to this philosophy.

What happens in a Ringflow ring making class?
In a Ringflow ring making class, you’ll spend around 2.5 hours in our Prahran studio handcrafting two customised rings with the guidance of experienced jewellers. The workshop is relaxed, hands-on, and designed to be fun and approachable, with all tools and materials provided! You’ll learn core ring-making techniques such as filing, soldering, sanding and texturing, and personalise your rings with stamps, letters or textures to make them uniquely yours.
Can I purchase a gift card?

Can I book a group or private class?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to book as many individual spots as you like, subject to availability. If you’d like to book a private group up to 19 people, get in touch with us at hello@ringflowstudios.com and we’ll help organise it.

We’re located in Prahran, Melbourne, right in the heart of Chapel Street.
Is this a beginner-friendly workshop?
Absolutely! The class is designed specifically for complete beginners and is fully guided from start to finish by friendly, experienced assistants. No prior experience is needed at all — we take you through each step, answer questions as you go, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process!
What kind of rings will we make in the class?
You’ll make two simple, rings during the class. Depending on the option you select at booking, these will be made in sterling silver, solid 9k yellow gold, or a combination of both.
The designs are intentionally clean and wearable, making them perfect for beginners, with plenty of opportunity to personalise your rings through textures, finishes, and stamped details—you can refer to the photos on the booking page to see the difference between our sterling silver options and our gold options.
How long does the class run?
The class runs for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
What metals can I choose from?
You can choose from sterling silver, solid 9k yellow gold, or a combination of both. Your preferred metal option is selected at the time of booking so everything is ready for you on the day!
What widths and profiles are available?
For silver rings, the available options are a 4.2mm wide flat band and a 2mm half round band. For gold rings, the options are a 2.5mm wide flat band and a 2mm half round band. These options are carefully chosen to suit beginner techniques while still producing beautiful, wearable rings.
Do you offer rose or white gold?
Public classes are offered in sterling silver and solid 9k yellow gold only. Rose gold and white gold can be arranged in private classes. Please note that private bookings incur additional fees.
