Booked the wrong metal? You don't need this form. To upgrade, just let our team know on the day and we'll sort it out in the studio. To change to a cheaper metal, email us at hello@ringflowstudios.com with your order number and we'll refund the difference, less payment processing fees.

Your gift card

We'll cancel your booking and email you a Ringflow gift card for the full amount you paid.

Your gift card will be emailed to you after your original class date. You can use it on any future class, or pass it on to someone else as a gift.

I'm requesting this at least 7 days before my class start time. I understand rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the class aren't accepted. I understand my new date isn't confirmed until the Ringflow team confirms it by email, and my current booking stands until then.

Refund and processing fees

When you paid, your payment provider charged us a processing fee. That fee isn't returned to us when a refund is processed, so it's deducted from your refund.
